By setting and enforcing standards, managing shared resources, and addressing the collective needs of residents, the board strives to create a harmonious, safe, and thriving community.

Ed has lived in the Community since 2007. He is a retired Army veteran and engineer. He has served in Member at Large, VP and President roles since 2015. He has immense pride in our Community and enjoys serving to ensure it’s a desirable, professionally maintained and safe place to raise a family for decades to come.

Erica has lived in the HOA since 2004. She is Sr. Director of Transformation and Solutions for a Fortune 500 company. She has 20+ years in the Accounting and Finance area, including consulting with Fortune 500 and 100 clients on their financials. Erica has served on the Board since January of 2017, most recently as Board President.

After living here only three months, Johnna wanted to get involved. Johnna worked in IT and healthcare for more than 30 years and has previous property management experience.

I bought our house in 2016 because we saw the value in the Community to include the low HOA costs. As a licensed real estate agent, I take pride in the appearance of our community. I enjoy being on the HOA Board of Directors, being a part of this neighborhood and seeing our amazing neighbors involved in our community events. I take pride in making this HOA a great place to live.

Jim has owned a home in the HOA since 2008. He is retired from the U.S. Army and wanted to volunteer his time and experience in security and project management to help maintain our community.

Davin moved to the community in 2022. He has worked in IT for over 20 years in Higher Education. Davin is looking forward to continuing serving the Community and ensuring it remains safe and one of the best places to live in Colorado Springs.
