HOA Assessments

All owners in accordance with the HOA Covenants and Colorado law are responsible for payment of quarterly assessments. The 2025 Ridgeview at Stetson Hills Master HOA assessment is $55.00 and is due quarterly on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st. Payments received past the 10th of the month due are considered late and subject to late fees. Delinquent accounts are handled in accordance with HOA Collections Policy, Covenants and State law. Payment plans are accepted for delinquent accounts. Please contact the HOA Community Manager by email for further questions on your account.
